Runtime names: Idle, Walk, Jog, Run. Riding is a custom runtime two-bone IK pose. Conversion: full original mesh, 7,426 triangles, 80 bones; no decimation. Seven source texture images are embedded as lossless PNG at their original dimensions: six 2048×2048 maps and one 2048×1024 opacity map. No texture resizing. Legacy specular materials are approximated as glTF PBR with roughness 0.65. Animation correction: derive each local bone rotation from the evaluated source world rotation and target rest hierarchy, preserving target rest translations/bone lengths. This avoids stale-parent evaluation in sequential pose-matrix assignment. Remove linear horizontal root travel; retain source pelvis sway and vertical bounce. No smoothing, frame deletion or procedural arm oscillation is used to hide the original faulty conversion. Web runtime shifts all clip keys by the initial 1/30-second export offset and matches playback to actual travel speed. Contact-only shoe IK adjusts the individual feet; the whole avatar is not raised to the highest penetrating frame. The adult is an ordinary visitor, not a representation of a specific campus student or staff member. Microsoft does not endorse this tour. This is a legacy realistic game character, not a claim of contemporary photorealism.
